I, the data subject, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give Daniil Aleksandrovich Shastovsky (INN 781631339830, address: 17 Zavodskaya Street, Saint Petersburg, 192076, Russia; email: surfup_dev@protonmail.com) (the "Controller") my consent to process my personal data on the following terms.
- Purpose: to reply to my request, clarify the task and prepare a proposal for services.
- Data: name (if given), contact method and contact (Telegram, WhatsApp, email, phone), service area, task description, budget, timeline, website address, the page and language the request was sent from, time sent, UTM tags; if I use the Telegram bot — chat ID, username, display name, message text.
- Actions: collection, recording, organising, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer to the recipients named in the Policy (section 6), deletion and destruction, using automated means.
- Term: the consent is valid until the purpose is achieved, but no longer than 1 year from the date I send the request, or until I withdraw it.
- Withdrawal: I may withdraw consent at any time by writing to surfup_dev@protonmail.com. The Controller will stop processing within 30 days unless the law requires keeping the data longer.
- I understand that the Controller acts under the Personal Data Processing Policy, which I have read.
