Get more customers from search without paying for every click
SEO is the work of helping your website appear in Google and Yandex for buyers’ searches and generate enquiries and sales without paying for every click. It is for owners of online stores, B2B companies, services and service-business websites where search is growing more slowly than it should, or bringing no orders at all. The goal is to turn your website from a business card into a steady source of customers: in our published projects, organic traffic grew by +35% to +140% over periods ranging from six months to a year.

Caption: “These are results from published projects, not an average across all clients. Revenue growth depends on the site’s conversion rate and margin — below, we show how to calculate it for your business.”
How to translate this into money (illustrative example, not a forecast)
if search generates 100,000 in revenue per month and traffic grows by 10% with the same conversion rate and average order value, that is +10,000 per month and +120,000 per year. Growth could also be zero; published projects achieved +35% and above, but your result depends on your niche and competition. Use your own numbers: search revenue × traffic growth.
Google can't read minds. Let's give it clear pages.
Individual SEO fixes rarely help if you have not chosen the pages that generate revenue, do not understand the causes of demand, or have no way to measure results. So we first connect search demand with the site’s technical state and your team’s capacity, then assign tasks with an owner and a clear “done” criterion.
What is included
Website review. Indexing, technical errors, templates, duplicates and speed. You get a prioritized issue list with example URLs and their potential impact on revenue.
Demand map. We group queries by customer intent and match them to pages: where a page exists, where it is weak and where it is missing.
Implementation queue. Tasks for development, content and product, each with acceptance criteria. Your developer knows what to do; you know why.
Metadata, internal links, canonical tags, sitemap and structured data — where they can genuinely affect results.
Implementation checks. We make sure fixes reach the site and do not break anything nearby.
Measurement. Search Console and analytics for selected pages, with a monthly report: “what we did → what changed → what comes next.”

Diagnostics
— a one-off review if you need to understand what is holding you back and get a plan for your team. Organic growth — monthly support if you need an owner for the channel; the core package covers the entire website up to 3,000 pages, not just “10 pages a month.” Complex website or multiple markets — for two markets or languages and large catalogs.
What is excluded and what we do not promise
We do not guarantee rankings or sales volume: results depend on competition, your product, website and implementation speed. Copywriting, programming, digital PR, links and large-scale migrations are included in the estimate only if listed in the agreed scope.
Who it is and is not for
Your site is in search results—but can customers find it easily?
businesses that need an owner for the organic channel and a clear plan, especially when growing a catalog, redesigning, changing CMS or entering new markets.
When will we see an effect? It depends on the changes, crawl frequency, competition and implementation speed. Case studies show first sales at around week 10 and noticeable growth in 6–9 months. We cannot guarantee a growth date, but we agree on checkpoints before starting.
How many pages does monthly SEO cover? The core package covers the entire website up to 3,000 pages; the starter package covers one business area and around 5 priority pages per month. We agree separately on terms for larger volumes.
Do you make changes to the website yourselves? We can send tasks to your team or agree that SurfUp will implement them. Every task names its owner and completion criteria.
How are you different from an agency that sends rankings? The report leads to decisions: what was implemented, what changed and what comes next. See an example: SEO report for a business owner.
Search engines need a map too. No SEO magic promised.
