01 · Challenge

Organic search was one of the store’s main channels, but most visits came directly.

The goal was to grow non-brand search visibility across a six-language catalogue and reduce dependence on direct traffic.

02 · Work completed

We ran a technical audit and prepared developer requirements; planned commercial and informational content; audited the blog and prepared an author-page brief; placed 80 social links; and built a Looker Studio dashboard using Google Search Console and GA4, with monthly reporting and roadmap updates.

Market: Estonia, with localized versions for Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland. Site languages: Estonian, Russian, English, Latvian, Lithuanian, and Finnish. SEO work has been ongoing since February 2025.

03 · Outcome

July–September 2026 against the same period of 2025 (Google Search Console and GA4): Google clicks grew 77.5%, average position improved from 13 to 8.5, and CTR rose from 1% to 1.5%.
